We're looking for a Security and Help Desk Specialist to join our team and be the go-to expert for all things IT and mitigating cybersecurity risk. From setting up workstations to keeping our network safe, this role is essential to supporting our people and protecting our systems.

Job Duties:

Maintain and troubleshoot servers, networking equipment, Wi-Fi, printers, and AV systems

Be the first point of contact for internal IT issues, including hardware, software, and network access

Set up and decommission employee workstations, phones, and user accounts

Track and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner

Manage badge access, security cameras, and physical access control systems

Monitor systems for suspicious activity or vulnerabilities

Assist in implementing cybersecurity tools and protocols

Respond to and document security incidents

Support IT compliance efforts by following policies and security standards

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or physical security systems

Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments

Calm and professional demeanor when assisting internal users

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, or similar certifications preferred

Ability to lift and move hardware (up to 50 lbs)

Base salary: $60,000-$70,000
