Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will work across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with most positions available on the off shifts. The shifts are structured as follows: 1st Shift from 6:30am to 2:30pm, 2nd Shift from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, and 3rd Shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10:30pm to 6:30am. You will be required to work every other weekend, with Saturday and Sunday being mandatory. Overtime during the week is voluntary. This is a highly automated facility where you will frequently utilize a laptop and a communication device for team interactions.
Responsibilities
Engage in production equipment maintenance to ensure continuous production.
Troubleshoot and execute regular preventive maintenance plans (TPM).
Provide technical assistance to operators and other departments regarding automated systems.
Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot malfunctions on automated machinery and processes.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical and electrical components and systems.
Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical malfunctions on production equipment.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, completed repairs, equipment issues, and replacement part usage.
Install new and automated systems and equipment, including wiring, configuring controllers, and setting up sensors.
Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper operation of production equipment.
Conduct daily checks of production equipment during up and downtime.Essential Skills

Minimum of 3 years of machine repair experience on industrial equipment.
Strong experience in repairing pneumatic systems.
Understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, pneumatic and computer control systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve simple to complex technical issues within automated systems.
Familiarity with mechanical components, including servo motors, actuators, AC motors, sensors, etc.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility is enormous, requiring substantial walking from building to building and across the plant. One department is a dry room, necessitating the use of a garb and beard net, if applicable. The environment is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit. The company emphasizes a strong 5S3K culture.

This is a Permanent position based out of Holland, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr.
Offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. Company provides $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
