An attorney ready to practice full-time

Focused in business and/orreal estate

Licensed to practice law in Indiana and/or Minnesota

Have 3+ years of legal experience

Maintains client relationships that produce at least $150k of work per year that would be expected to follow lawyer to a new firm

Havehigh moral character, is hard-working and practical

Have the ability to manage high volume of clients with exceptional organizational and time management skills

Possess a high level of initiative and foresight in completing assigned projects

Can exercise independent judgment and discretion

Havetop-notch oral and written communication skills
