Assemblers/Finishers Needed!Pay of $18-22 based on experience. Can start week of 5/12.Job Description

This role involves the installation of grab rails, seats, panels, doors, speed loads, and sanding of floors. The position also requires assisting with the installation of IV hangers, drawer catches, and supporting other departmental employees while adhering to the production schedule to maintain a quality product.

Responsibilities

Install grab rails, seats, panels, doors, speed loads, and sand floors.

Assist in the installation of IV hangers and drawer catches.

Support other departmental employees.

Cut laminate according to work orders and blueprints for cabinet assembly.

Prepare boards for builders to assemble cabinets.

Maintain adherence to the production schedule while ensuring product quality.Essential Skills

6+ months of manufacturing experience.

Ability to read a tape measure.

Experience with hand and power tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints/diagrams.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude.

Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly.

Knowledge of welding, particularly MIG welding.

Work Environment

Choose between 1st shift (6am to 3:30pm, Mon-Thurs; 6am to 10am on Friday) or 3rd shift (8pm to 6am, Mon-Thurs). Work in a clean and organized shop environment with a total of 185 employees, including a small team on the new 3rd shift. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt, with additional safety equipment provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
