Entry Level network technician

Job Description

Our Client is seeking Entry Level Network Technician for a 2 wireless enhancement / phone system port upgrade project. This individual will be rolling out additional wireless access points to all 2500+ restaurant sites nationwide to cover operational enhancements to the back of the house areas within the restaurants such as back offices, kitchen areas, etc. Client is upgrading their phone system ports to SIP. This person will be responsible for doing Network check outs, phone system port work, and working with carriers such as AT&T vendors via phone. This person will be working closely with internal employees, 3rd party vendors, and the PM & lead Engineer on this initiative.

1.) Experience troubleshooting wifi connectivity and access points (Client uses Aruba wireless devices)

2.) Basic understanding of Network OSI Model (Layers 1 - 3).
