Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Assisting with repairs and maintenance:

This can involve tasks like disassembling and reassembling parts, lubricating equipment, and replacing worn-out components.

Providing tools and supplies:

Maintenance Helpers are often tasked with gathering and delivering the necessary equipment and materials to more experienced technicians.

Cleaning and organizing work areas:

Keeping the workspace tidy and organized is an important aspect of the role, ensuring efficient operations and safety.

Performing basic repairs:

This may include tasks like replacing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, or addressing minor electrical problems.

Inspecting and identifying issues:

Maintenance Helpers may be tasked with identifying potential problems with equipment or buildings, and reporting them to their supervisor.

Performing routine maintenance:

This could involve tasks like cleaning floors, dusting, and emptying trash bins.

Assisting with other tasks as needed:

Maintenance Helpers may be asked to help with various tasks, depending on the needs of the company and the specific work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
