CNC Lathe Machinist
Location: Davenport, Iowa
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday–Friday

Are you a CNC Lathe Machinist who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and programming? Join our team where your skills will shape the future of foundry tooling for industries like mining, construction, hydraulics, and heavy equipment. You’ll work with up to 12 machines daily—ranging from legacy lathes to modern CNC systems—making every day a new challenge.What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot and fine-tune CNC lathe machines for peak performance
Read and interpret complex blueprints, including GD&T and true position
Set up machines to hold tight tolerances of 0.002
Program and operate machines independently using Mastercam or Fusion 360
Manage multiple machines, both new and old (Ikegai & Hitachi)
Train team members on programming best practicesWhat You Bring:
2+ years of CNC and manual lathe experience
Strong blueprint reading skills (GD&T mastery a must)
Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
Experience programming with Mastercam or Fusion 360

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
