Join a dynamic and progressive team that is paper-free and enjoys a mostly remote work environment with an offering of base salary ranging from$125,00 to $175,000. In addition, the firm offers a proprietary, uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Immerse yourself in the world of litigation as you collaborate with Senior Partners and engage in thorough case briefings and debriefings.

With a solid grasp ofChapter 440, you will adeptly cite workers' compensation law during depositions. Additionally, become proficient in utilizing virtual hearing platforms to enhance client interactions and navigate essential legal technology, including case management software such as Clio, video conferencing tools like TEAMS, and legal researching tools such as LexisNexis & Westlaw.

Primary function will be as legal defense for claimants emphasizing workplace injuries under Chapter 440.

Analyze testimony and scrutinize claimant histories for inconsistencies and behavioral patterns.

Grow your client base through networking events, collaborating with carriers, and recognizing new case opportunities.

Leverage our extensive and dynamic network that connects you with nearly every insurance provider in Florida to fuel your business development efforts.

Required Skills:

We welcome applications from candidates with 1+ years of experience in workers compensation or insurance defense, as well as Senior or Partner-level attorneys with a proven ability to close files independently.

You should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of legal practice as an attorney, driven by your passion for litigation and a strong courtroom presence.

Building solid relationships with carriers is crucial to maintaining our reputation as a leader in the field.

Demonstrated skill in identifying and analyzing discrepancies during mediation sessions, along with adept legal investigative capabilities, are essential.
