Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin

Pay: $18/hour on days and $19.00/hour on nights

Shift Include:

Day Shift: Monday–Wednesday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Night Shift: Monday–Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Select product from pre-set menu on control panel

Load the machine with the appropriate size film

Adjust machine former settings to meet specifications

Verify and adjust bag length as needed

Slide product from belt or chain to infeed of machine

Ensure machine runs at established speed and meets quality standards

Comply with all food safety, food quality, and GMP policies

Maintain a safe, friendly, and harassment-free work environment

Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient mannerQualifications

No prior experience required—on-the-job training provided

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Willingness to work in a food manufacturing environment
