Job Description

We are seeking a skilled fabricator and welder to join our team. Your primary focus will be on fabrication and welding, with opportunities to expand into robotic welding if you are interested.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and weld metal parts to specification using MIG and other welding techniques, following blueprints and welding diagrams.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet high-quality standards.

Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals effectively.

Operate and maintain robotic welding systems, if desired.Essential Skills

Proficiency in MIG welding (Steel) and a willingness to learn robotic welding techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as a valuable team player.

Safety-conscious and familiar with welding safety procedures.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with TIG welding is a plus.

Strong communication skills.

Work Environment

The first shift operates Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, while the second shift operates Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, offering long weekends. The work environment is focused on safety, collaboration, and the use of advanced welding technologies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $28.00/hr.
