Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews

• Prepare internal job postings for the company

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with external staffing agencies, external recruiters.

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate skills by discussing job requirements.

• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Collaborate with the Human Resources department/hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate job descriptions.

• Post ads online for staffing needs.

• Schedule interviews for each hiring manager.

• Background check/drug tests.
