$60,000 - $65,000++

Our brand new restaurant location is coming to Henrietta, NY and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our passionate team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the heart of our operation, the Assistant General Manager will aid the GM in overseeing day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, and ensure top-notch customer service. We are looking for a natural leader with a proven track record in the restaurant industry, a passion for great food, and a dedication to fostering a positive work environment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from hiring and training staff to implementing effective operational strategies. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a memorable dining experience each time they visit. This includes maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction. In addition to overseeing daily operations, you will also be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and promoting our brand through various marketing initiatives. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with local businesses and organizations in order to increase foot traffic and revenue.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.

- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to set and achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Manager in a high volume restaurant setting (Fast Casual experience preferred, as well as open to Full Service background)

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
