Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Graphic Designer to provide graphic design support to a regional marketing team supporting business development, property marketing and brand activation across multiple markets throughout the Northeast & Midwest.

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a wide range of marketing materials—including presentations, flyers, email campaigns, and amenity maps—ensuring all creative work aligns with the company's brand identity and visual standards.

The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of fundamental graphic design principles and exhibits a discerning eye for creating visually compelling and effective designs. They demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, a collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork, and a consistently professional and approachable demeanor. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design print and digital property marketing collateral (brochures, e-blasts and signage) using Lincoln corporate templates.

Produce site plans, floor plans, label aerials, create maps, and re-touch photos for property marketing materials.

Collaborate with internal clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout.

Review materials, including making edits and appropriate adjustments based on internal and external feedback.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience. Marketing experience a plus.

Minimum of 3 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite.

Multimedia skills (motion graphics, animation, or video editing) are a plus.

Any knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus.

Well organized, excellent time management skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience delivering multiple creative outputs on tight deadlines.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.

Pay Range

$85,000—$95,000 USD
