Direct Hire, Looking for a Driving Assistant/ General Production Labor to join our growing team!

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in various key areas within our operations, ensuring smooth workflow and quality output. Your primary responsibilities will include handling stock, assisting in door hanging, and supporting delivery tasks.

Responsibilities

Put away stock, primarily trim or doors, in the warehouse.

Utilize hand and power tools, including manual routers, for door hanging tasks.

Read tape measures accurately and lift up to 75 pounds when necessary.

Assist as a passenger on delivery routes, aiding in material drop-off at sites.

Maintain a fast-paced work environment, working either individually or with a small team.Essential Skills

At least 6 months of experience with hand or power tools.

Valid Drivers License

Ability to bring steel-toed boots, a hammer, and tape measure on the first day.

Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly.

Proficiency in reading tape measures

Experience in wood cutting, nail gun operation, wood stacking, and documentation.

Work Environment

This position is based in a clean warehouse with a team of 6-8 people. The dress code is casual, and the environment is temperature-controlled, providing a comfortable setting for working with wood materials.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Oakdale, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr.
