Engineering Technician V - Panama City, FL

Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Engineering Technician V to join our team in Panama City, FL Founded in 1992, Predicate Logic is a woman-owned, employee-owned, high technology engineering service company.

Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake, Virginia, specializing in communications engineering, training, and Cybersecurity, and in Charleston, South Carolina, supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in accomplishing Engineering Change Instructions.

Assist in training others in the operation and performance of systems.

Install, monitor, and service equipment and systems at company and client sites.

Comply with engineering documentation standards, engineering plans, system specifications, and test procedures.

Perform test and evaluation, check-out, and certification tasks.

Perform validations/verifications of various electronic systems.

Provide technical data and evaluation for components, equipment, and systems consistent with engineering plans, layout, and contract requirements.

Support systems engineering activities with subject matter expertise.

EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of RF communications systems engineering and/or integration Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems in operational hardware and software.

Must have appropriate experience and/or certifications as outlined in the assigned contract.

Possess DoD Security Clearance eligibility.

EDUCATION: Six (6) years of professional training with a degree/formal training or ten (10) years with HS/GED.
