Job Description
The primary responsibility of a Managing Attorney in our Firm is to handle the day-to-day management of the legal side of the firm, including the Attorneys and the legal support staff. In addition, the Managing Attorney may meet with clients to help plan design (sales) and the provision of legal services for pre-planning and crisis cases. The Managing Attorney is also responsible for managing the firm’s liability and ensuring the education of the entire company about how to manage and limit our risk. Compensation: $110-120k plus bonus structure. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Hold an active, in good standing Ohio Law License.
• At least two (2) years of legal sales experience.
• At least one (1) year of Elder Law experience.
• At least five (5) years of prior customer service experience.
