Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Account Executive to join a dynamic team serving residential customers in the Vancouver, WA area. Responsibilities and Duties
Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and guide prospects through a consultative sales process
Conduct in-person appointments with residential homeowners to assess project needs and provide personalized quotes
Present and close sales on eco-friendly, durable floor coating solutions
Build trust and maintain rapport with customers through clear, helpful communication
Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system
Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes and opportunities
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Manage your schedule and territory effectively for maximum efficiency
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong consultative selling ability with a customer-centric approach
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
Able to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Education / Professional Experience
Minimum of 5 years of B2C sales experience, ideally in home improvement, remodeling, or residential services
Proven success working with inbound leads and closing high-volume sales
Experience conducting in-home consultations preferred
Must reside in the Vancouver, WA area and have reliable transportation for local travel
