Job Purpose

We are actively seeking a Product Manager with genuine, end-to-end product management experience. This individual will be responsible for guiding product vision, planning development cycles, and ensuring delivery meets both user needs and business objectives. Success in this role requires a strategic thinker with a solid grasp of agile methodologies, product quality assurance, and stakeholder collaboration

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring each phase is executed effectively.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure transparency and alignment with key partners and teams.

Maintain high product standards by identifying, documenting, and addressing bugs in a timely manner.

Anticipate potential implementation hurdles and proactively design contingency plans.

Operate autonomously while resolving complex issues and making informed decisions within your area of expertise.

Facilitate communication and alignment between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and other collaborators.

Define requirements, refine user stories, and actively participate in sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

3 to 5 years of direct experience working as a Product Manager with demonstrated ownership of product outcomes.

Prior experience in retail, supply chain, or product lifecycle management (PLM) technologies is highly advantageous.

Strong communication abilities, with a talent for breaking down technical information for varied audiences.

Familiarity with agile software development principles and environments.

Adept at critical thinking, decision-making, and delivering on time in a fast-paced setting.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
