Description
The Project Administrator role at Veteos is responsible for collaborating internally and externally to ensure the administrative aspects of our projects are met while ensuring client engagement throughout the process. We’re seeking the type of person who thrives on taking care of things the right way the first time. You should have excellent organizational skills, be able to efficiently prioritize tasks, and work with others to ensure accuracy and consistency. When you say, “I’ll take care of it,” we know it’ll be done well. You’ll work with everyone in Veteos’ orbit - our team, clients, prospects, and other businesses we collaborate with. Excellent communication skills and comfort working with web-based technology and communication platforms are essential.
Work Schedule & Hybrid Working
This salaried role is based on a 40-hour workweek target. While based in Denver, Colorado, our team works remotely from our homes, with periodic face-to-face meetings and social gatherings in the Denver area. To be considered for this role, applicants must currently reside in Denver, Colorado, or the surrounding area.

Annual Salary
$50,000-60,000 USD annual salary, based on experience.

Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for the administrative aspects of our video projects, both internally and externally
Work with clients and Veteos producers to complete processes for multiple concurrent projects (e.g., discovery meetings, project setup, ongoing follow-up, delivery process, etc.)
Facilitate client meetings, document key discussions, and organize project correspondence and records
Work with the Veteos team to assist with project tasks (non-creative) needed to meet project deadlines and company objectives
Coordinate travel for video shoots for videographers
Track and report on KPIs
Contribute to the enhancement and evolution of team standards and processes
