We are a full-service firm with in-house architects, MEP, and structural engineers. We specialize in mission-critical design, telecommunications infrastructure, historic preservation, and federal projects. We are urgently hiring for an ENTRY LEVEL Junior Structural Engineer for a career opportunity. The Junior Structural Engineer will assist in creating construction documents and collaborating with in-house architects and MEP engineers, Project Managers, and working with contractors.

Responsibilities

Design structural systems, including steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel.

Develop and produce detailed construction documents using AutoCAD (required) and Revit (preferred).

Learn and apply knowledge of cold-formed steel framing design in various projects.

Conduct job site visits and occasional travel as needed.

Learn and develop skills in BIM modeling.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Experience or education focused in Structural Engineering and design

Familiarity with steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Emphasis)

0-1 years of experience in design for ground-up structures and facilities

EIT certification or ability to pass EIT within a year

Proficiency in Revit is preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $45.67/hr.
