Required Technical Skills

Strong programming experience in Java and Python

Angular framework & React knowledge for front-end components

Understanding of mainframe system modernization concepts and strategies

Ability to quickly learn and master our Gen-AI modernization accelerator tool

Experience with code analysis and migration tools

Qualifications

12+ years of experience developing technical solutions

10+ years in consulting or client-facing technical roles

Proven track record in legacy (mainframe) modernization projects (highly desired)

Experience in Capital markets and Wealth Management is a plus
