The Advance Group has partnered with a North Toledo automotive assembly plant with 2nd shift openings!

Compensation for the Assembly position:

Pay rate is $16.10/hr

Weekly attendance incentive available!

Overtime opportunity

Shift for Assembly position:

Second Shift is Monday- Saturday 4:30pm-until the job is finished, usually around 2:30am (overtime as required)

Some Sundays if needed

Responsibilities of the Assembly position:

Sequencing and assembly of automotive parts at a fast pace

Maintain quotas at each section of the assembly line

Use hand tools and power tools to assemble automotive parts

Lifting up to 30 pounds repetitively and standing for the entire shift

Handle small screws and bolts to build various parts

Packaging and inspecting

Requirements of the Assembly position:

1-2yrs of experience working in an Assembly or Production line environment

Must be able to stand for the entire shift

Must be able work in a fast-paced environment

Must have good eye-hand coordination

Needs to have good hand dexterity to use hand tools that assemble small parts

Experience using hand tools

Adaptability, willing to move to new areas when needed

Able to lift up to 30 pounds consistently

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
