SharePoint / Power Platform Developer

Digital Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (DESI) is seeking a SharePoint / Power Platform Developer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This is a Full Time (Regular) Exempt (Salary) remote telework position. Candidates must be located within the contiguous United States with the ideal candidate located in the Eastern or Central time zone.

ROLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform the full range of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, including analysis, design, development, test, deployment, and support within an Agile project environment for Power Platform Solutions.

Research, provide consultation, and design Power Platform solutions to meet customer requirements.

Design, develop, and test state of the art solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.), the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and other supporting technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).

Create, deploy, maintain, test, and support Power Automate flows.

Migrate Nintex workflows and InfoPath Forms to SharePoint Online utilizing the Power Platform.

Research, troubleshoot, and fix Power Platform and end user issues.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the education and experience listed below:

High School diploma or GED is required.

BA/BS and 5 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above -OR- AA/AS degree and 9 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above -OR- HS/GED and 12 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above.

A bachelor's or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar is preferred.

College degrees must be obtained from an accredited college or university as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

At least 2 years of experience in developing solutions with Power Platform.

Experience in developing, testing, debugging and deploying software solutions.

Experience gathering requirements from management and technical personnel and developing appropriate solutions.

Experience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint lists and libraries.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

US Citizenship is required due to US government contract requirement.

Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance (interim required to start).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates with experience or knowledge in these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.

Experience with React JS application development to include the use of the REST and/or Graph API within the SPFx.

Power Platform training and/or certification(s).

Active SECRET clearance.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The compensation range is based on industry compensation data and/or position budget and reflects our commitment to transparency and fairness:

The annual base compensation range is $100,000 to $130,000, commensurate with education, certifications, and experience.

Other compensation may include discretionary bonuses, referral rewards, and spot awards.
