Safeguard Investment Advisory Group in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time Office Specialist. Candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, accept direction, be customer service oriented, and skilled with technology. Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support for the Chief Advisor by organizing and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Always putting the client first, this position will be heavily dependent upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and desire to go above and beyond. Other responsibilities include development of positive client relationship and compliance support.

Minimum Requirements:

HS Diploma

Some experience in working in a professional office and fast-paced environment

Proficient skills with MS Office Suite

Comfortable and familiar with CRM platforms

Industry experience preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming client calls in a friendly manner

Processing new client applications

Input prospects to database

Handle servicing of specific client accounts (opening, closing, and transferring of accounts)

Manage Advisors calendar, keep Advisor organized, and prep for all client meetings

Set appointments, reschedule appointments

Run errands as needed

Keep CRM updated with client interaction

Attend seminars/workshops and follow up with the prospects from the seminars

Work independently and proactively to meet personal business goals

Assist Advisors with follow up on Marketing Leads

Track weekly and monthly progress, including number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept with Chief Advisor

Call and confirm all appointments

Salary

$25/hr.-$27/hr.

Hours

Monday – Friday

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

PTO – 2+ Weeks

Seminar Hours – 4 per month

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
