Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to support our warehouse operations. This role is critical in managing daily shipment schedules, maintaining real-time data accuracy, and ensuring that outbound and inbound shipments are aligned with operational goals. The ideal candidate is adaptable, tech-savvy, and excels at communication and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and track outbound loads and inbound cross-docks to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.

Maintain the Cross Dock spreadsheet with accurate and up-to-date information.

Utilize internal tools such as QAD, Logi Flow, and the EMEA Tracker to manage order flow and shipment documentation.

Communicate schedule changes promptly to internal departments and external stakeholders.

Create manual and automated load numbers using shipment documents (PO, ASN, container number).

Verify physical shipment status on the warehouse floor to prevent discrepancies or missed loads.

Report issues such as damaged batteries or missed pickups and escalate appropriately.

Collaborate with warehouse managers, department heads, and fulfillment centers to coordinate delivery appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Support ongoing audits and process updates as needed.

Maintain high standards for accuracy, safety, and documentation compliance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

1–2 years of experience in logistics, scheduling, or a warehouse operations role (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics/scheduling systems (QAD or Logi Flow preferred).

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Must be able to work in a warehouse environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Pay: $18.00

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Steel-toe boots are required for access to the warehouse floor
