Context To strengthen our "Business Solutions & Data Analytics" division, we are looking for a Data Analyst Consultant capable of designing management and analysis solutions in modern environments, with a strong focus on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and data integration via API . Your activities: Analysis & modeling Collect business needs and translate them into decision-making indicators.

Identify available data sources and propose efficient architectures.

Design relevant and scalable data models.

Development & Integration Build interactive dashboards in Power BI (semantic model, DAX, custom visuals). Leverage Microsoft Fabric capabilities (Lakehouse, pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, etc.). Use Web Services to connect business tools (ERP, CRM, various SaaS) and automate data flows.

Create data extraction/transformation scripts with Python . Support & training Work closely with customers to ensure the relevance of solutions.

Support the adoption of tools: documentation, training, support.

Deliver continuous improvements to performance, security and data governance.

Your profile: You have higher education such as HES, HEC or equivalent.

You have initial successful experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally in a service company or in a multi-project environment.

You are proficient in Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, and you have a keen interest in the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem . You know how to manipulate data via API (REST, JSON) and you are comfortable with scripting in Python . You have an understanding of data quality, modeling (Power Query, DAX), and automation issues . You are curious and passionate about new technologies.

You are customer -oriented, a good listener, with a good ability to popularize technical concepts.

You are proficient in other BI tools: Tableau, Qlik, etc.

You are comfortable in SME-type environments (agility, autonomy, proximity). You are fluent in French (main working language). Your professional level of English is required for certain client projects.

German is an asset . Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus: PowerShell, Python, or Microsoft Graph API for automation and advanced integration.

Proficiency in complementary BI tools: Tableau, Qlik, etc.

Proficiency or curiosity for other M365 bricks such as: Power Apps, Power Automate, Planner, Lists, Forms, Loop, Viva Connections/Topics.
