Job Role: -Technical Architect-Salesforce/Veeva CRM

Job Location: -Singapore

Experience: - 10-12 years

Job Responsibilities: -

• Understand customer Salesforce architectural requirements and should be able to develop technical solution and recommend the same effectively

• Responsible for application design, solution and development using Salesforce clouds and platform offerings

• Prepare technical solution for customer proposals against RFP’s/RFI’s

• Participate in due diligence meetings with customer to gather more information on proposal

• Understanding of Salesforce offerings to position them in relevant solution proposal

• Interacting with the customers for proposal walkthrough, Q&A discussions, visits

• The candidate must keep themselves up to date with latest Salesforce product offerings

• Working closely with internal teams and client partners to develop an appropriate customer experience

• Should be willing to travel to perform the required functions

Job Requirements & Skills: -

Architect and design scalable Salesforce and Veeva CRM solutions.

Define technical strategy, integration design, and system architecture.

Lead development efforts using Apex, LWC, Aura, and APIs.

Integrate third-party tools and AppExchange products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment and performance.

Optimize data models, security, and system performance.

Drive Agile/hybrid delivery and ensure architectural governance.

CRM Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce (Sales, Service, CPQ, Marketing, Commerce) and Veeva CRM.

Development: Skilled in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.

Integrations: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

DevOps: Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX.

Architecture: Strong understanding of data models, security, and sharing.

Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models.

Leadership: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring.
