We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects across departments. You will serve as a key link between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and project goals are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion

Coordinate tasks, schedules, and resources with project managers and team leads

Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management and stakeholders

Organize and lead meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and completed

Support risk management efforts and identify project constraints and potential delays

Maintain accurate project documentation and update project tracking systems regularly

Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and external clientsQualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
