Job Description
A typical day in this position involves cycle counts, data entry, forklift driving, operating a saw, and working with computer systems efficiently. Safety is the top priority at all times.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Handle materials and ensure they are properly stored and organized
Utilize computer systems for data entry and inventory management
Operate a saw and other equipment as needed
Follow all safety protocols and guidelinesEssential Skills
Forklift operation experience
Experience in warehouse operations
Material handling experience
Proficiency in computer usage and math reading skills, including utilizing a ruler
Experience with cycle countingAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with RF scanners, inventory control, picking, packing, production, shipping, and receiving
Ability to read blueprints and work in construction settings
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1+ years of warehouse and production experience in a metals facility or related manufacturing environmentWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a production facility with high expectations for production numbers and efficiencies. The facility employs 350 full-time employees. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, steel-toed shoes, and PPE provided by the employer. Shifts are as follows: 1st shift (6am-2pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10pm), and 3rd shift (10pm-6am). Employees are required to work 7 days a week for at least the next 3 months, with one Sunday off per month.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Park City, Kansas.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.20 - $20.20/hr.
