Seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join a litigation team in Austin, TX. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation and appellate matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex commercial litigation and appeals

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Participate in court hearings, depositions, and client meetings

Provide strategic legal counsel and manage multiple case files

Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and support staff

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in Texas

Excellent legal research and analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Experience with drafting pleadings and motions

Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload

Prior experience in commercial litigation is a plus
