Immigration Attorney

Job Description

Our Client, a growing immigration law firm in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a full-time Immigration Attorney with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to providing excellent legal services in immigration law.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review cases (petitions, applications, responses, briefs).

Advise clients and provide tailored legal solutions.

Manage case loads efficiently and accurately.

Conduct client consultations and correspondence.

Perform other tasks as assigned by supervising attorney.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.

Admission to a U.S. state bar.

Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience (e.g., AOS, K-1, Consular Processing, VAWA).

Experience with employment-based cases (PERM, I-140, H, L visas) preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills (Spanish proficiency preferred but not required).
