Job Description

CALLING ALL DISPATCHERS!

LHH is currently seeking an experienced construction service Dispatcher for a growing team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The reason this position is open due to someone else being promoted after a few years of working there. This is a fast-paced environment and service calls must be answered within 2 hours. The ideal candidate would have about 3+ years of dispatching experience within a construction setting.

Responsibilities:

- Dispatching and closing out calls

- Working in clients various 3rd party sites and software’s

- Multitasking

- Prepares paperwork for escalated calls

- Will be working in multiple systems at a time

- Creating work orders

- Invoicing

- Answering and helping technicians immediately

- Providing correct ETA of arrival

- Assisting customers

Qualifications:

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products

-High School Degree Required

- At least 1 year minimum of Customer Service Experience

Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM or 7:00am - 4:00pm

Contract-to-hire

Pay range: $20/hr - $24/hr depending on years of experience and position you qualify for.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
