This position is in McCall:

We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead operations for a boutique burger, sandwich, and salad restaurant with a full alcohol program, located in McCall. This unique role requires a passionate chef with strong leadership skills who can oversee kitchen operations, develop an innovative menu, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in both the kitchen and dining room.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a high-quality, creative menu focused on burgers, sandwiches, and salads

Oversee all kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience

Hire, train, and manage both kitchen and FOH staff, fostering a strong team culture

Maintain food and beverage quality standards, ensuring consistency in preparation and presentation

Manage inventory, food costs, labor budgets, and overall restaurant profitability

Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and liquor regulations

Create a welcoming and high-energy dining environment, leading service operations when needed

Executive Chef Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Chef in a high-quality restaurant

Strong leadership in both kitchen and front-of-house management

Expertise in menu development, cost control, and operational efficiency

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and inspire a team

Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and community engagement
