We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in discovery and e-discovery to join our growing team. This position offers a hybrid schedule (office and remote), excellent compensation, great benefits, and significant room for professional growth. Work from our Downtown LA or Costa Mesa office.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage all aspects of discovery
Organize and maintain electronic case files and legal databases
Manage e-discovery processes, including document review and production
Track deadlines and case developments
Conduct factual research and prepare case summaries
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and third parties
Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial readiness
Perform additional legal support tasks as neededQualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a plaintiff-side litigation paralegal
Experience with discovery and e-discovery software and protocols
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or qualifying experience per California B&P Code §6450(c)
Willingness to work overtime and travel as requiredWork Location
