WHAT YOU WILL DO

Promptly resolves computer issues, including hardware and software problems

Installs software applications

Configures computers:

Sets-up new computers with appropriate software and system configuration

Re-configures computers for new uses / new users

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Education: High School Diploma

Preferred Education: Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in progress

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Required Experience:

Experience with Windows computer administration

Experience in customer service role
