Job Description
Property Soar is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of various property and construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and oversight of multiple real estate development and renovation projects
Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
Communicate regularly with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
Maintain detailed project documentation, budgets, and status reports
Prepare and organize project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to project managers
Support the implementation of project management tools and best practicesQualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience in real estate, construction, or property development is a plus
