Job Scope:
We are searching for a detail-oriented, analytically minded, creative, and collaborative Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our rapidly growing organization. This is an opportunity to shape the future of our company by contributing to business planning and evaluating high-impact strategic opportunities.
As the FP&A Manager, you will provide strategic support and advice to our leadership team as well as to our sales and delivery teams, including critical financial analysis to drive our business forward. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our success and growth.
This position demands a high level of intellectual curiosity and innovation plus a passion for diving deep into a vast array of data. Partnership, organization, analytical acumen, deep Excel experience, and a love for financial modeling are essential traits for this role.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning:
? Contribute meaningfully to the annual and quarterly planning processes with precision and speed.
? Play a key role in the creation and execution of our multi-year strategic plan.
? Coordinate with the accounting team to complete the monthly close and provide insightful business reporting to department leaders, driving business performance through enhanced visibility and accountability.
? Own and enhance the financial model and related business tools, collaborating with stakeholders to forecast budgets as well as the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
? Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators.
? Prioritize and deliver ad hoc analysis for projects, including those related to potential partnerships and M&A.
Reporting:
• Produce a comprehensive quarterly reporting package that provides senior leadership with a deep understanding of results and leading indicators of future performance.
? Collaborate with our sales operations team to develop performance metrics that support executive decision-making.
? Generally, take ownership of the company's metric reporting and analysis, including critical financial documentation required by key customers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
? Bachelor’s Degree
? 1+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, Investment Banking, or Equity/Investment Research & Analysis
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
? Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and related concepts as well as three-statement financial modeling and reporting.
? Expert in MS Excel, knowledge of Salesforce also is helpful
