Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, maintaining databases, and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update member information accurately and efficiently into databases
- Verify data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering information
- Keep track of received data and source documents
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort, organize and file documents after data entry
- Respond to queries and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Follow data program techniques and procedures to achieve established service and accuracy levels
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven 1-year work experience as a Data Entry Operator preferred
- Excellent typing and data entry skills with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with MS Office and data programs
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and strong work ethics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with banking or financial data entry is an asset
This is a full-time position, which can be done remotely or in our office located in Geauga County.
