No call center experience is needed, we will train!
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task, type while listening, view multiple screens and systems
Ability to work in an environment that requires heavy phone-based customer interaction (100%)
Strong customer focus mindset, moderate proficiencies in consulting/advising customers, answering inquiries and providing information/resolutions, and managing difficult situations with customers
Ability to apply effective listening skills
