The ideal candidate is an execution-driven, hands-on Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales leadership to lead a motivated team of salespeople. This Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible to set sales goals, coach and motivate salespeople and will help establish behavior and activity expectations to achieve the companys growth goals.

What Youll Do:
Lead commercial sales efforts and grow our client base in St. Louis and surrounding areas
Identify new opportunities in retail, industrial, office, and multi-tenant properties
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Build strong relationships with business owners, property managers, and contractors
Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to deliver seamless customer experience
Report directly to ownership and help shape sales strategy
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in commercial or B2B sales (alarm/security industry a plus)
1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Familiarity with the St. Louis market is a plus
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a small, hands-on team environment
