Job Title: Director of National Accounts
Location: On Site - Sedona, AZ
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 + Bonus

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or relevant work experience
Minimum of 2 years of Group Sales Manager experience in a high-end full-service hotel/resort
Proven track record for anticipating and following through on leads to maximize sales
Superior sales skills and ability to build and maintain professional business relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Proficient computer skills and ability to travel
Resilient and adaptable to change
Strong guest and team member relationship skills
Job Responsibilities:
As the Director of National Accounts, your primary task will be to sell properties to our group clients whilst exceeding room night/revenue objectives. You will be working nationwide to secure the most profitable business for our properties. This includes:
Directly contacting businesses/organizations in defined geographic or market areas
Developing new business opportunities and managing current accounts
Research, negotiation, and response to incoming group requests
Planning and executing sales trips to feeder cities, trade shows, and conducting property tours
Working closely with other departments and providing detailed client information
Preparing accurate proposals, cost estimates, and contracts
Ensuring client satisfaction with the product and service.
