Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides behavioral health services to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. The Arc Gloucester is developing its behavioral health services to ensure the highest level of support that we provide to the individuals and families served. This position will help develop, design, train, implement and manage behavioral health services Agency wide.

The position is exempt with flexible hours (primarily occurring on weekdays). Travel between facilities and within the community required.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree

Board certification, active and in good standing

1-2 years of relevant experience

Knowledge or experience with supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred

Knowledge of current treatment methodologies

Knowledge of Crisis Management Training, the Kevin Walsh method preferred

Proven ability to work independently

Experience with researching and gathering objective & Accurate information, preferred

Must have a current, non-probationary driver’s license with 5 points or less, and deemed acceptable to drive by The Arc Gloucester’s liability insurance company

Excellent computer, math, reading comprehension and verbal and written communication skills

Successfully pass initial and ongoing State/Federal Criminal Background checks, including but not limited to Fingerprinting, CARI checks, Central Registry checks, MVR and drug screens

Certified in CPR/First Aid

While performing the essential functions of this position, the following are required, with or without reasonable accommodation:

Ability to sit, drive, stand and walk for extended periods of time

Ability to operate a computers, phone and other relevant technology

Physical duties, including but not limited to carrying, driving, general lifting, bending, squatting, and climbing stairs
