One of the nation’s fastest growing Food Manufacturers has an opening for a Human Resources Manager for one of their facilities. This is the top human resources position for this location. This position will also open the door for upward career progression and opportunities to relocation to other facilities within the company.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will act as an employee champion and change agent. You’ll increase HR’s effectiveness by developing and implementing strategic plans, programs, performance management coaching, & career development planning.
Other daily responsibilities will be:
Conduct employee training, onboarding
Handle the compensation and benefits
Administer affirmative action and other employee relation programs
Monitor department budgets
Manage, motivate, and advise managers how to handle specific situations
Guide managers as they perform employee reviews, develop & build employee skills.
Minimum requirements for this Human Resources Manager position:
· BS degree in Human Resources, Labor or Industrial Relations, Business Management or related discipline required
· At least 3 years' experience of HR Management in a food manufacturing environment
· Excellent knowledge of Human Resources practices; working knowledge of HR related laws and regulations.
