Reports To: Manager on Duty

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team at Cargo. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting guests warmly.

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Handle guest requests and special dietary needs.

Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining areas.

Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Uphold restaurant policies, health and safety regulations, and alcohol service laws.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
