Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
$85,000+ Base Salary + Monthly Bonuses with total potential of $100,000 $10,000–$15,000 Signing Bonus $2,500 per year for Bilingual

What We Offer:
Base Salary: $85,000 annually
Monthly Productivity Bonuses: Earn $800–$1,100+ once at full caseload (bonuses begin at 26 billable hours/week)
Total Compensation Potential: $100,000+
Signing or Relocation Bonus: $10,000–$15,000
Optional 4-Day Work Week
Career Advancement: RBTs/BAs can transition into BCBA roles after meeting regional goals

Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
