Position Overview:
Are you a Top Gun Leasing Consultant? We’re looking for you! Potential earnings exceed $52,000 a year, plus a minimum commission of $100 per move-in. No weekends required.
We are a residential property management company with more than 6000 units in the Columbus Metro Area, and growing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Excel in the sales realm, from cultivating leads with innovative marketing tactics to clinching agreements, applying your advanced sales acumen to surpass objectives.
- Command the leasing market through comprehensive knowledge of rental dynamics, property specifics, and distinguished amenities.
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with adept professionalism, ensuring a fluid resident journey from first engagement to move-in and beyond.
- Execute rigorous screenings and application procedures, upholding strict confidentiality.
- Showcase properties with impeccable attention to detail, presenting units in their most attractive light for tours and viewings.
- Seamlessly integrate administrative diligence with sophisticated customer interaction, managing communications and supporting resident transitions with grace.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as required with a community that proactively invests in their property improvements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; advanced education or certifications in sales, business, or related fields strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a leasing agent required with a proven record of closing leases.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation.
- Stellar communication abilities.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English Fluently
- Tech-savviness, proficient in CRM software, office applications, and property management systems.
- A commitment to exceptional service, continuous professional development, and a zeal for learning.
- Superb organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a dedication to excellence.
- Demonstrated dependability and punctuality.
Compensation:
-$22.00-$25.00 per hour
-$100 commission for every new lease!
-Potential to earn up to $52,000 a year plus $10,000 in commissions!
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM
-No weekends required!
