Job Summary:

Assist customers with daily sales and quotes regarding lumber, hardware, paint, windows and doors. Open to learn and expand knowledge of the retail industry. Their job will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Customer service in person and over the phone, answering questions, helping find merchandise, and suggesting what will help complete their project. This may also include processing special orders.

Create an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a clean and orderly sales floor

Assist with loading products into customers vehicles as needed.

Help store staff with other tasks as needed.Qualifications:

Customer service skills, professional attitude and communication skills.

A working knowledge of the products contained in the store with a willingness to learn.

Organized, self-starter who thinks independently and solves problems.

Ability to learn our point-of-sale system in order to assist with price lookup, special orders, and order entry.

Able to lift up to 80 lbs.

Able to work Saturdays.
