We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Columbus, OH team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and focused on delivering high-quality service. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Maintain accurate records of client communications and service transactions
Assist with scheduling property visits and providing information about services
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth client experienceQualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in a customer service or front-office environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry software
