The Role
The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining a strong relationship within assigned accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful customer implementation. This person works closely with our customers alongside sales, engineering, and our finance teams to manage projects and ensure our design and installation services are executed according to plan and have met or exceeded our customers' expectations. This person will manage the project from the time it is handed off from the sales team to after implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer care (service) team.
Responsibilities
Internal organization of project documentation
External communications to client
Issue resolution
Organization of project equipment
Manage project timelines and expectations
Obtain customer signature upon project completion and referrals
Ensure solution adoption 30- and 60-days post installation
Role-specific platforms: Acumatica, HubSpot, Dtools
