Job Description
The System Implementation Engineer will work with the project and service teams to ensure that DDTs products and services are properly implemented and tested to facilitate the achievement of companywide goals for high quality services. In addition, the System Implementation Engineer will coordinate with LDB Support, System Administration, Product Owners, Project Managers and Development teams to plan, test, troubleshoot and implement new releases.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring successful product rollouts and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with clients and internal team members to coordinate installation and testing of products.
Document and execute the implementation and test plans for internal, staging, and production environments.
Identify potential improvements to implementation, testing plans, and deployment tools to improve efficiency and quality of deployments.
Assist other internal teams with implementation and testing related activities in existing environments.
Identify and implement process improvements for deployment efficiency
Provide software and deployment technical feedback

Prescheduled after business hours work required.
Required Technical Skills:
Expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Proficiency with SSMS and MS SQL Server 2012+
Experience working with ESRI ArcGIS Pro
Microsoft 365
Windows Server 2012 R2+
